What is the difference between the FTP and HTTP?

FTP stands for File Transfer Protocol. This protocol exchanges files between users. HTTP stands for HyperText Transfer Protocol. It is used for accessing web pages or documents to and from the Web servers. It works on top of the TCP/IP.
